An imaginary soundtrack for Bodas de Sangre by Federico Garcia Lorca, this is Paolo Angeli combining his extraordinary prepared Sardinian guitar with electronics, flamenco guitar and, occasionally, voice in a series of vignettes and fluid passages imbued with classical and folkloric references. It’s a sound world that Paulo invented and has extended and rung the changes on over many albums. Those following will be glad to add this new chapter.
