Recommended Records uses a scecured shopping cart system to place and track orders. The shopping cart is SSL secured, which means that it's safe for you to enter your credit card and other personal information without concern that it may be intercepted.

To place an order, use the shopping cart's categories or search feature to find items that you're interested in buying, and then click the "Add One to Basket" or "Buy One Now" button to add the item to your shopping cart, or to proceed directly to the checkout. If you are using a shopping cart then continue shopping until you're ready to checkout. Click "Checkout" at the top right of the page to go to the checkout.

If this is your first time shopping at Recommended Records then you can either create a new account, or checkout without an account. The advantage to creating an account is that all your address information will be saved, so that you won't have to retype it each time. Please note that for reasons of security your credit card information is not stored in your account information. Regardless of your account preference, you'll need to enter a shipping and billing address at the next page. Click continue to proceed.

If you already have an account with Recommend Records then enter your ID and password to proceed to the checkout. You'll be presented with your shipping and billing addresses, which you should confirm. Click continue to proceed.

On the next page verify that your address is correct, and choose your payment method. Note that payment by check will automatically be discounted 4%. Also note that, if shipping outside of Europe & All Americas, ReR will manually add 1 £ per item to your final order. Books, periodicals and other large items may have additional shipping added, which should be noted in the appropriate category or item listing. All shipping is via ground.

If paying by credit card then enter the name on your credit card, its number and expiration date. If paying by check please enter the check number you will be sending to Recommended Records. Click continue to proceed.

You should now be presented with your invoice. Please print or save this invoice number for future reference. If paying by check, please send your payment to the address shown on this page:

Lastly, if you prefer you can continue to use our previous online order form. This pops up in a new browser window, which can then be sized or toggled between as you wish. Copy/paste the artist, title, catalog number and price of your selections to the window indicated on the form, then simply follow the rest of the instructions provided. There is a link to the order form at the top of each page for easy access when you are ready to begin making your purchase selections.
